This system from monoprice was about half the money of the other system I had ordered and then cancelled after ordering this one. I was happy to o see when researching this system that it had a powered subwoofer, which my amplifier required! I found the “cushioning pads” to be cumbersome and not conducive to mounting of the speakers into the brackets. 1 setup which lacked midrange and had very muddy low bass. These SVS speakers solved all issues I had previously. Now I have very tight, punchy bass that I can feel.

I had some 16 gauge cable sitting around and decided to use that. After a few short days of research Bose is outclassed on every level except out of the box solutions. Small space not serious audiophile have cash it can work. If want a quality system for listening to music or to experience true home theater I’d move on and I did.
